The UCA Web Release Form was created by the UCA Webmaster and approved by the UCA Board of Directors as a means to ensure all UCA members (College of Monarchs, Lifetime Titles Holders, and Line of Succession) privacy.

As such, all members, regardless of dues paid status, will be required to fill out the Web Release Form in its entirety and bring it to a regularly-scheduled membership meeting or mail it to:
